I Hate Snow!

This is how I feel about snow right now.   And, like Lorelai, I don’t need a physics lesson right now, no matter how well it’s intentioned:

    I’m Lorelai in both videos. Or, should I say, I’m like Marianne?

    Interesting. I’ve never thought of them that way before. Lorelai is most definitely a “Marianne” while Rory is an “Elinor”. Hey . . . I wonder if that’s part of the secret of their success? That may be worth some more exploration and questions to Amy Sherman Palladino.

    I was thinking Luke was Elinor, but you’re right – Rory makes more sense. Next time I watch the series, I’ll keep that in mind. I find that I’m seeing Sense and Sensibility everywhere lately. Another sign of a truly great novel.

    I’m so glad you guys are finding S&S everywhere. I find that Jane Austen is applicable in almost every situation. Sometimes I play a game in my head where I respond to people only in Jane Austen quotes. Usually, I do not do this out loud.
