For a long time, Samantha thought the word “Zappos” meant “box.”

    We usually open our Amazon boxes and throw them away. We keep the Zappos boxes until we’re ready to return whatever we’re not keeping, so they hang around a while. One time, Adam received a Zappos box and didn’t even open it for about 4 months!
